Miso Soup

“3 or 4 “dice” each of turmeric/ginger half cup of quinoa b. pepper/cayenne to taste chopped kale, beet greens, carrot (however much you want) boil the seasonings, drop in the quinoa, low boil (5 min), fold in veg (5 min low boil), fold in Miso, lowest heat, cover (10 minutes).”
